The Latino Chamber of Commerce of Monmouth County, Inc. held successfully on December 7th, 2006 its Annual Holiday Gala and Business Networking event. The event was held at the Gibbs Hall, Fort Monmouth. At this event Jaime Hoyos owner of the Manhattan Steak House was honored as the 2006 New Jersey Latino Business Owner. The National Anthem as well as Christmas Carols were sang by the Monmouth County Civic Chorus to the delight of the participants. Dinner and Award presentation was followed by Dancing to the Sounds of DJ Frankie Casiano.
